Return and Exchange Notice
We accept returns and exchanges within a seven-day return and exchange guarantee period. Returns and exchanges beyond this period will be deemed complete and will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the packaging or accessories are damaged or missing.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within the specified timeframe to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes.
If the item is exchanged for reasons other than defect or deterioration, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We encourage mutual trust and understanding between buyers and sellers. If you have any complaints about a product, we are happy to listen.
If the item becomes defective during shipment, please notify the seller immediately upon receipt and return the defective item. The seller will promptly ship a new, intact item after confirming receipt of the defective item.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Returns or Exchanges Due to Personal Reasons: Within 7 days of receiving the product, please email the after-sales service center. After-sales service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving the email, provided it does not affect resale. Returns or exchanges are subject to shipping costs, which are NT$300 per return.
2. Returns or Exchanges Due to Product Quality Issues: Within 7 days of receiving the product, please email the after-sales service center at service@[email protected]. After-sales service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving the email. Returns or Exchanges are subject to shipping costs.
3. Returns: Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact the courier directly. After receiving the product, the courier will notify us of the refund details, and we will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
