1. Delivery Area and Shipping Fees

Delivery is free throughout Taiwan.

2. Delivery Time

After placing an order, we will dispatch the product in the order of placement, with a delivery timeframe of approximately three business days. We also offer delivery at any time, during designated hours, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

4. Signature Instructions

When placing an order, please provide an address and contact number where you can sign for the product.

We do not offer unpacking the product for inspection before signing for it. If the seal on the outer box is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse delivery.

However, if the seal is intact or if there are missing items after unpacking, please contact our 24-hour online customer service and keep the package in its original condition.

If you are unable to sign for the product in person, please entrust someone else to sign for it and strictly follow the instructions in the second section. The courier is only responsible for delivering the goods to the address specified on the delivery note. This address can be signed for by anyone, such as at the counter, and delivery to the designated person is not guaranteed.

For safety reasons, your address and phone number cannot be modified after your order is confirmed. Please ensure that you enter the correct address and phone number when placing your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Starting today, orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient information will be held by the courier for 5 days. We will notify you by email. Please reply to the email in your inbox or contact customer service. Orders that have not received a response after 5 days will be returned to our warehouse and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

5. Returns and Refunds

1. If the product you ordered is defective, you may request a full refund.

3. All returned products, including the product, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials, must be intact and in their original condition at the time of shipment. If you have a physical invoice, it must be returned along with a signed discount note and other required documentation as required by applicable laws.
